Kitty Powers' Matchmaker a "realistic but spoofed" look at dating

We sat down with Magic Notion's Richard Franke during GDC to learn more about Kitty Powers' Matchmaker that takes a "realistic but spoofed" look at dating.

"It's a dating simulator with a difference, because what we've actually tried to do is design from scratch systems to actually simulate what it's like to date," says Franke. "The whole process of dating from picking somebody from their profile to match your client, through to making your client look good in the salon, and then sending them on the date and guiding them like a wingman through the conversations and the random events that can happen on the date that'll try and trip you up."
