The Overwatch League team LA Gladiators have announced that they've signed Gui-un 'Decay' Jang and Chang-hoon 'rOar' Gye to the team, with the pair having played for Kongdoo Panthera in the Overwatch Contenders division.

Decay is currently 17 though, so he can only start playing after his 18th birthday on February 27 next year.

"We're really glad for rOar and Decay to join us. ROar is an experienced main tank player and has steadily climbed in Korean Contenders. His ability to lead the team will help Gladiators reach the top level. Decay is considered one of the young DPS prodigies in Korea. He will fit very easily into our DPS lineup with his deadly mix of high mechanical prowess, calling, and flexibility. Having him gives us a lot more options against the top teams in the league," says head coach David 'dpei' Pei.

"I'm very happy with these new players. We've acquired two of the most talented players in the market this offseason. ROar's experience make him a contender for one of the best main tanks in the league, while Decay is one of the rising DPS stars and will add more flexibility to our team," adds Charlie Lipsie, Director of Esports.

With a strong 4th place finish in the first season, perhaps Decay and rOar can build on that. What do you think?
