Lego City Undercover launches with issues on Steam

Many owners of Lego City Undercover on Steam are using the review section to vent frustrations about many issues the game has launched with on the platform, meaning that the reviews praising the game's inherent quality (as seen on the Wii U) have been tempered with many negative ones regarding technical issues, producing a "mixed" overall score for the game.

One user claims that the game is "full of bugs," and issues include display resolution not changing, being unable to alt+tab, frame-rate problems (apparently 16 FPS, as reported by one review), and even being unable to press accept on the settings menu.

Suffice to say, these players with negative reviews aren't particularly impressed, especially those who wished to reproduce the fun they had on the Wii U. What issues have you had with the game on Steam?
