Life is Strange 2 is finally coming to an end after a long road for Sean and Daniel, and at a recent event in London we caught up with lead writer Jean-Luc Cano to talk about how this journey has been compared to that of the first game.

"I think it was more difficult, because one of the things we didn't expect was maybe the difficulty of making this road trip," he said. "Because you know, in the first Life is Strange everything was set up in Arcadia Bay, so it was basically the same location, the same characters you are going to meet every episode, you know, but in Life is Strange 2 each episode has a new location, new characters, new gameplay sometimes, and it was a bigger amount of work than we expected."

"So yeah, it was more challenging, but also I think we needed this after Life is Strange. We needed to change everything we have made to challenge ourselves too, so it was more difficult but also more exciting."

REVIEW. Written by Lisa Dahlgren

"Life is Strange 2 hits you where it hurts again and again, but it never loses its grip on the player despite this unflinching approach to storytelling."
