Bungie's latest tweaks to Destiny are due soon. But while there's no day and date for the next Update delivery, the team has explained what to expect.

Headlining the new patch is a change to ammo drops in Crucible. Special ammo will spawn less frequently in matches, and bricks will offer less ammo as well. Heavy ammo drops will have a limited spawn time on the map, though there's now more visual and audio aids to warn you of their appearance.

Outside the competitive arena, you'll be able to lock your weapons with a quick tap of a thumbstick to avoid accidental dismantling, and you'll also now have the option to wear your helmet in the Tower.

For more info and discussion on why these changes are happening, check out the full blog post.
