Our saga of covering the Overwatch League's offseason rosterpocalypse is continuing with the London Spitfire, who have offloaded seven total members of the team, following a disappointing 2021 season.

The organisation is moving on from six players and a coach, after only signing the majority earlier this year. The roster did consist of the former British Hurricane, a Contenders team who was incredibly dominant in the scene over 2020. Here are the players that are moving on.

  • Riku "Ripa" Toivanen

  • Kristian "Kellex" Keller

  • Mikkel "Molf1g" Djernes

  • Hadi Daniel "Hadi" Bleinagel

  • Dominic "Hybrid" Grove

  • Jeffrey "blasé" Tsang

As for the final member who is leaving, that is head coach Mads "fischer" Jehg.

There's no mention as to who the Spitfire will be signing to fill this active roster, but it has been reported by Arran "Halo" Spake that the team is looking to bring ex-Philadelphia Fusion assistant coach Christopher "ChrisTfer" Graeme in as the team's new head coach.
