Luigi's Mansion 2's multiplayer

Luigi's Mansion 2 is heading to a 3DS near you sometime in March, as part of a glut of Nintendo releases due that month.

The latest news coming out of Nintendo is that the game will feature online and local multiplayer, with up to four players able to participate.

So far we've only got details regarding Hunter Mode, which will see players take control of Luigi (each has a different colour player character) and is "challenged to hunt down ghosts and use effective teamwork to clear each floor of the tower before the clock strikes zero."

Everyone loves Mario. Luigi however...the tall, lanky guy with the green cap isn't given the same amount of love, even by the company who created him.
