The Covid-19 virus may be causing havoc across the world at present, but it seemingly can't put a stop to competitive Magic: The Gathering, as details of the upcoming 2020 - 2021 season have now been revealed by Wizards of the Coast.

The 2020 - 2021 season is said to be made up of three splits starting with the Zendikar Rising Split kicking things off this Autumn. The splits have been described as having a three-step qualification process, which culminates in one final championship. The Zendikar Rising Championship is said to offer a staggering $250,000 prize pool up for grabs to participants.
