Microsoft & Sony congratulate Nintendo for Zelda's success

Nintendo has no doubt been enjoying the critical success of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, with the game getting extremely high scores all over the world (not to mention here) and it's currently sitting pretty with a whopping 98 at Metacritic, and this has not passed unnoticed by either Microsoft or Sony.

Mike Ybarra is Corporate Vice President for Xbox & Windows and posted a picture of Link on Twitter with the following message: "Congrats to Nintendo on a great Zelda release. I can't wait to dive into Hyrule again. @NintendoAmerica #Gamer"

Sony also paid tribute and PlayStation UK posted a picture of their recently released Horizon: Zero Dawn along with this message on Twitter: "WOW! Congratulations to @NintendoUK. Whatever adventure you go on this weekend, what an amazing time for gaming!"
