One of Microsoft's main attractions at last year's E3 event was Milo & Kate. a Peter Molyneaux game where one was able to communicate with a little boy with the help of the Kinect camera. This was absent at this year's event, which naturally led to a lot of speculation that the entire project had been shut down.

However, in an interview with a gaming site, VG247 Molyneaux was quick to stress that the project was not only alive and still in development, but that he planned on showing more of Milo next month.

"We're continuing to develop it; it was decided not to show it here at E3. You know what I'm like, I would show it every day of the week. And actually, you when I look at it, I think there's some smart reasons why we didn't show it.", said Molyneux.

"Now, it is pretty amazing, it is actually on show to celebrities. But it is amazing, it's ten times more amazing then you think it is. You can see it in July if you go to Oxford. Because I'm doing a talk at TEDGlobal on Milo in July.", he concluded, once again raising expectation levels of what we can expect.
