Keep your beds safe, because the Villagers like to wander in and steal it in this newest update for Mojang's game.

Minecraft has received the Village & Pillage update this month, but as pointed out by Kotaku there are some rather peculiar things going on with the Villagers after this update, including the fact that they keep stealing player-owned beds for themselves.

Well, we say stealing, but we really mean just sleeping in the bed when you're not around. This isn't the only case of the AI acting up though, as Traders that won't stop running, endlessly breeding Villagers, and children jumping on the beds have also been discovered.

As for the Villager changes that are intended, there are new skins for them and their zombie counterparts, and they now have a daily schedule like meeting up at the village bell and going to work. Each will try to find their own bed and work station too, and each profession has a specific block that functions as this work station. Iron Golems spawn when enough Villagers meet too, and there's even a new mason profession.

Have you found any funny Villager behaviours?

"I would like to compare Minecraft to my favourite TV show of all times - Seinfeld. It's a game about nothing."
