Netflix sees Fortnite as bigger competition than HBO

Netflix claims Fortnite is a bigger competitor for the company than HBO and other streaming services. "We compete with (and lose to) Fortnite more than HBO," Netflix wrote in its quarterly report to investors: "There are thousands of competitors in this highly fragmented market vying to entertain consumers and low barriers to entry for those great experiences."
Meanwhile, Fortnite once more proves to be a gigantic success for Epic Games and reportedly has generated a revenue of $2.4 billion in 2018, according to analyst firm SuperDate.
