We learned last year that the next Battlefield game would arrive is the fiscal year 2019 (which means from April this year to March next year, although it's pinned for 2018), and now the latest Earnings Conference Call from EA has included some remarks about the game, which sound very promising indeed.

CEO Andrew Wilson, for instance, said: "Our DICE studio will deliver the next Battlefield, with innovation at every level, incredible stories at the core, astonishing visuals and gameplay that will captivate every Battlefield fan." If that doesn't sound like confidence, we don't know what does.

"The Battlefield universe will grow this year with our next Battlefield title, captivating longtime fans and new players alike, and adding to our Battlefield service where players can move seamlessly with their friends," he added elsewhere.

As you'd expect, other details are scarce, but it's good to hear that Andrew Wilson seems to have faith in the game, and in the studio. What would you like to see from a future Battlefield title?

      Thanks, PSU.
