It seems like Platinum Games is going to make a follow up to their hit Transformers: Devastation, but instead of making another game starring robots in disguise - they're shifting their focus onto another classic cartoon. This time it's going to based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The game hasn't been officially announced as yet, and instead was leaked through the Australian classification system (their version of PEGI, basically). The full title will be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan, and it's rated M (it has mild themes, moderate violence and very mild language).

Activision will again handle distribution, and since it has been rated today, it's a safe bet to assume it will be one of the ten world premieres that will be shown on The Game Awards this Friday.

Since the studio tried (and succeeded) in recreating the classic design of the original cartoon series when making Transformers: Devastation, we're also going to have to assume Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan will have an 80s design as well.
