New PC mod offers "ultra" E3 Watch Dogs experience

One of the sour notes associated with the launch of Watch Dogs was the fact that the version that shipped lacked the same visual fidelity of the demo that Ubisoft demoed at E3 during the game's reveal in 2012.

A new mod (detailed here) adds visual effects that bring the level of the visuals much closer to those that were initially promised. A modder going by the handle 'The Worse' claims that various effects were packed into the PC code, effects that when activated, give the graphics a much crisper edge.
