New render shows Raiden character model in Mortal Kombat 11

Mortal Kombat 11 was revealed at the Game Awards last month after tons of leaks and reports detailing its content, and we finally got to see Raiden and Scorpion going at it in the series' usual violent style, ending with the announcement of a proper community reveal event happening on January 17.

We'll be at the event of course, but it seems Netherrealm has started revealing small tidbits already, as over on their Twitter page they've given us the render of Raiden, which means that this will be how his character model will look in the game.

The game is expected to be shown off properly at the event before a beta hits ahead of the final launch on April 23.
