Capcom has shown off a new Robot Master from Mega Man 11 and as well as sharing some more details about fresh game modes coming to the next entry in the long-running series.

The new Robot Master is called Blast Man. The boss "hops around the room while slinging explosives everywhere in his attempt to turn Mega Man into scrap metal," Capcom explained. Blast Man resides in a badass lair of course, and before reaching it we'll have to escape the ruined remains of a former theme park movie studio hybrid.

Regarding new game modes, Capcom also revealed more about Time Attack, where we'll need to run through the stages as quickly as possible to reach the top of the leaderboard. The other is Balloon Attack, a Time Attack variant where we need to get the fastest time possible and each red balloon we bust and each blue balloon we miss influences our final score.

Mega Man 11 will be published on October 2, 2018, on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
