It's been another busy day at the news desk and as is the custom we sum it up come the end of the business day.

THQ are getting sued over not being truthful with regards to the demand for their ill-fated uDraw tablet on PS3 and Xbox 360. In Hollywood news director Sam Raimi is no longer attached to the Warcraft movie. Ouya founder Julie Uhrmann has issued some clarifying statements with regards to the console's funding, turns out they won't be seeking venture capital after all. On the subject of clarifications DICE have explained that Medal of Honor: Warfighter won't be the only way to get in on the Battlefield 4 beta.

Plenty of great GRTV content was published today as well with two Comic-Con panels - The Last of Us and Halo 4 making their way onto the site. In terms of original content there was an interview on Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, a talk with Maxis' Bret Berry on Sim City, and finally a very interesting talk with Robotoki's Robert Bowling on their upcoming gaming universe Human Element.
