Last year's Nier: Automata was a big success for Platinum Games and Square Enix, not only critically (check out our review) but also commercially, since we found out back in June that it had passed 3 million units shipped.
Now there's even more good news on that front, as publisher Square Enix has revealed via Twitter that the game has surpassed over 3.5 million copies shipped, both physically and digitally.
With these good results fans might hope for another game in the series, and it certainly can't do its chances any harm.
Do you like Nier: Automata? Is it deserving of the praise?
