Despite the fact that the Switch may be encroaching on 3DS territory in the future, it seems that the company has readily renewed their commitment to the handheld.
Recently, Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima told investors that 3DS and 2DS sales actually rose during the last fiscal year, despite this being its seventh year on store shelves.
