Despite the name, Nintendo has now confirmed that there will be no 3D functionality in Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS. It's still a genius game that we've been playing since it was released last year for Wii U, and which got very high grades (including a 10/10 from us). Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS will be released for the handheld console on December 2.
