No more DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition on Xbox 360 and PS3

Which is why Bioware has announced the "Save Importer" feature.

There's some bad news coming for all Dragon Age: Inquisition old-gen players. Over on their official blog, Bioware has announced that the next DLC for their RPG will be available exclusively for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, cutting out the old-gen consoles players in the process.

In order not to completely waste the efforts made by players in recent months on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, Bioware has announced a new feature called the "Save Importer", which allows those players to transfer their saves from PS3/Xbox 360 to PS4/Xbox One, without having to start a new game.

In short, it seems that Bioware is abandoning their support for the old-gen consoles in favour of a transition to current-gen machines. How will players react? We expect some controversy.
