A lot of Assassin's Creed fans were disappointed when the series got multiplayer achievements and trophies in Ezio's Assassin's Creed 2. A fleshed out singleplayer adventure suddenly demanded online involvement for completionists, and we assume those who felt this way will like the following news regarding the Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection:
"Ubisoft has confirmed that there are no multiplayer achievements the trilogy package. Other than that, the accomplishments required to get the achievements (or trophies) are the same as in the originals."
The issue some have with multiplayer achievements and trophies is that if the game ever falls out of fashion or the online servers are shut down, these suddenly become impossible to get. There's also the issue that sometimes it isn't based on your own skill but can sometimes be more down to luck, whether that be your team, who you're facing or any other factor.
