Following the conclusion of last weekend's BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2021, long-time veteran Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer Gustafsson has left FaZe Clan.

Olofmeister played for FaZe for three years, seeing plenty of success on the line-up, but now he will be heading elsewhere. Considering he has been playing competitive CS:GO for over a decade now, the question does have to be raised as to if he will be retiring, or if he will be looking for another team to continue his illustrious career with. Either way, the Twitter post from Olofmeister talking about this situation reads as follows.

"Not the ending i wanted but we qualified and that was the most important! Time to take a step back and I'll update you guys about my future. Was a lot of fun playing and the future is looking really bright for the FaZe team, wish them nothing but the best as always! GGs!"

What do you think Olofmeister will do next?

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
FaZe Clan
