OpTic Gaming win Gears Columbus Charity Invitational

12 top teams came to Ohio to fight it out.

OpTic Gaming are the best team in the world when it comes to Gears of War, and now they've added another trophy to their cabinet as they won the $200,000 USD Gears Pro Circuit Columbus Charity Invitational yesterday.

Rise Nation were their grand final opponents, the last of 12 teams invited to compete in this event that split the money evenly between the teams and charities.

OpTic has also won the Mexico City and New Orleans Opens this year, so 2018 has been quite the success for the squad.

Can they continue this into 2019?
