The three-year deal is similar to what we've already seen with Rfrsh's other team Astralis, and it's just in time for the LEC.

Rfrsh Entertainment has revealed that they've entered into another partnership with Audi as they launch a three-year strategic deal with their League of Legends team Origen, as well as other "yet-to-be announced esports and digital entertainment projects," according to the press release.

We've already seen Audi partner with Rfrsh's CS:GO team Astralis, and here's what co-founder Jakob Lund Kristensen had to say about the deal:

"The agreement is significant for RFRSH Entertainment. When entering a strategic partnership like this, a lot of factors are taken into consideration including financials. This part of our agreement is certainly in place, but for us it is of paramount importance to team up with a brand and an organization that will contribute actively to strengthen our position globally - with the esports audience and in the mainstream."

To remind you, Origen will be competing in the new League of Legends European Championship (LEC) from January 18, where the best of European talent will be competing in the franchised league for the first time.

How well can Origen do?
