The Overwatch League is starting its second season next week, with the first match between London Spitfire and Philadelphia Fusion kicking things off on February 14, but now a new press release has revealed that select matches will be available to watch on ESPN, Disney XD, and ABC.

All matches can be watched on the ESPN app, but three matches a week will come to Disney XD, these being the final match of the day on Thursday (20:30 PT) and the first two matches on a Sunday (12:00 and 13:30 PT). The semi-finals and finals for Stages 1 and 2 as well as the All-Star Game will come to ABC, with ESPN 2 hosting the Stage 3 finals.

We also have details on the Community Countdown, as players, talent, and streamers will get involved in a selection of events and custom matches, starting this Saturday with team scrims to get fans in the mood, which will continue into Sunday.

A 1v1 Ashe event will take place on Monday with select pros, along with 1v1 Ana Paintball that day too. on Tuesday a Capture the Flag event will also take place, with a 6v6 Showmatch the following day to round things off.

All of this is available to watch on the official Overwatch League Twitch channel, and for more details like specific timings and the community members involved, check out the Community Countdown page. Bear in mind that the All-Access Pass has also been revealed for the second season, bringing plenty of extras for fans to enjoy.

Is this a good way to generate excitement for the Overwatch League's return?
