The Overwatch League is now in full swing, an ongoing esports league where teams from around the world compete at the Blizzard Arena Los Angeles, and now Blizzard has announced that all 12 teams in the league are now able to sign free agent players and can make trades with other teams beginning on February 11.

This newly-revealed transfer window closes on April 3, so just before the start of Stage 3, meaning that it encompasses the whole of Stage 2, which runs from February 21 for five weeks. In this period teams can add any players that aren't signed to an Overwatch League contract, including players from Academy, Open Division, and Contenders, and these new prospects must be 18 years old by April 5 and meet US visa requirements for Season 1 play.

New players can start on February 21 at the earliest, and it's worth noting that all potential signings are subject to approval from the league office. What's more is that teams must also not exceed the roster limit of 12 players, so transfers must be carefully considered.

For more on the league itself head over to the official website. Are there any particular unsigned players you think teams should go for?
