Philadelphia Eagles Boston Scott has signed with Dignitas

He has joined the esports team's Rocket League squad.

Boston Scott, the Philadelphia Eagles running back, has revealed that he has signed with the esports organisation, Dignitas. Now part of the team's Rocket League squad, Scott is regarded as the first two sport NFL and Rocket League professional.

Revealed over Twitter, Scott has since tweeted a short statement about the signing, saying, "All the love and support has been a blessing to see. My vision for what something like this could mean for everyone involved in sports and gaming far outweighs any negative opinion or criticism. I'm excited about this opportunity and I'm praying it leads to more for everyone."

While Scott is a member of Dignitas' Rocket League squad, he will serve as the fourth member on the team as he will also continue his career in the NFL at the Eagles. It has been noted by Esports Insider, that Scott is expected to star in a future content series showing his esports career in further depth.
