The PS3 version of Child of Eden, a Move-compatible version of the Kinect shooter released the other month, has been re-priced for under £20 by online retailers.
The game, due out September 23, was, up to last week, still carrying a RRP of around £40 for pre-orders, the same as its Xbox 360 counterpart. Trade site MCV noted this morning that the price had been dropped to £19.99 online, with some retailers dropping that again to £14.99.
The site was offered a response on the price drop by its publisher Ubisoft, stating it "didn't comment on pricing strategy".
The price drop is considered a reflection on the Xbox 360 title's poor sales performance, despite the critical acclaim it's received from press reviews.
