Last month we reported that PSG Esports had partnered with esports organisation LGD Gaming to enter competitive Dota 2, forming team PSG-LGD, which have now lifted their first title after winning the Epicenter XL competition this past weekend.
Team Liquid, one of the best teams in the world right now, were their opponents in the grand finals, but PSG-LGD managed to beat them 3-1 in a rather convincing display, getting 750 pro circuit points per player.
With the biggest tournament of the year, The International, fast approaching, this win could prove vital for the team. Can they go far?
