58 people get sacked from the NCsoft Brighton offices. A lot of talent have been let go from the Austin offices. Tabula Rasa is not being cancelled, despite being in a terrible state (we'll just have to see about that, I suppose). Richard Garriott is going to space, bringing DNA from players with him. The company still makes the most money from Lineage 1 and 2, both which are old games by now.

In short, NCsoft needs a break. And I believe that a lot of people in the company wouldn't mind if Garriott actually stayed in space.
