Following the epic conclusion of the 2021 Six Invitational a few weeks ago, Ubisoft has now announced the plans for when it intends to kick-off Stage 2 of the Rainbow Six: Siege regional leagues.

The information was revealed in a blog post that detailed the plans for when each of the respective leagues will begin, even providing a schedule for the first set of games. For Europe, Stage 2 will start on June 17, with Team Vitality facing Cowana at 5:00pm BST / 6:00pm CEST. Five games are planned over the day, and there are plans for Stage 2 to run for seven weeks, leading up to a Major in August.

The August Major will see the 16 best teams from around the world (four teams from each region) competing for a share of $500,000. More information regarding the format and plans for this Major are expected to be revealed "in the coming weeks."

You can check out the finer details about the Stage 2 plans and schedule over here, including the plans for the other regions.
