Red Bull is bringing back its 2v2 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament Flick later this year, with the competition spanning over 30 countries with open online qualifiers available to all. The tournament is also set to begin this April with national tournaments, and will conclude with a pro-am Red Bull Flick Invitational event concluding in Helsinki, Finland at the end of the season in mid-November.

The tournament will see pairs of players competing against one another across a variety of sci-fi-themed maps. For the first time in the tournament's history, there will also be capture points for teams to fight over, creating a new style of tournament for its competitors.

For this year's tournament, Red Bull Flick has partnered with SteelSeries and AOC, as its official peripheral and monitor partner, respectively. CS:GO professional Nikola "NiKo" Kovac is also set to be a brand ambassador for the tournament this year, as The Esports Observer reports.
