We've been hearing rumours for a while now about how the Overwatch League will expand for its second season, and now Handelsblatt has reported (as brought to us by Dot Esports) that president and CEO of Activision Blizzard esports leagues, Pete Vlastelica, has said that Germany is an important market for the competition.

As part of the report we learn that Berlin is apparently appealing because it has its own esports history already, but apparently, it's the only city in contention, as Amsterdam, Paris, and London are also being considered. As for the price of these, Vlastelica didn't offer a comment, but he did say that fans will see home arenas as of the third season of the league, with the second season still being hosted at the Blizzard Arena in LA.

Where would you like to see the OWL expand to?
