The more experienced gamers among you may have played Road Rash, a game originally released in 1991 on the Sega Mega Drive and considered to be quite exceptional for its time, offering motorcycle races where it was possible to physically attack your opponents, spicing things up a little bit.

Pixel Dash Studios wanted to offer spiritual continuation of that title with Road Redemption, proposing a similar approach to racing and action, but most of all a fun experience. After a period in Early Access the game was released on PC last October and it's not stopping there, as a Switch version is reportedly in development, alongside the expected PS4 and Xbox One versions.

The news came via a since-removed tweet, so it seems likely it's true. Will you play it on Switch?
