Pysonix has announced plans to host the first fan-attended live event for Rocket League since 2019 this March. Set to take place at the YouTube Theater in California, the Rocket League Championship Series Winter Major will be a physical, LAN event when it takes place between March 26-27.

Revealed in a blog post, it was noted that to attend, fans will need proof of vaccination, and will also need to wear a mask at all times. Similarly, it was also noted that if public health trends change, the event will be adjusted to accommodate regional laws.

As for how the event will work, everything will take place in the YouTube Theater, however the group stages will not feature a live crowd - only the playoff bracket will.

It's noted that tickets will go on sale soon in February, and that there will be around 5000-5500 available to grab.
