Rumour confirmed: Catherine coming to PS4 and Vita

A remake, entitled Catherine: Full Body, is headed for the PS4.

Yesterday we reported on some rumours regarding Catherine coming to the PS4 and Xbox One, and speculated that an announcement would come soon, which is exactly what happened.

Today the rumour has been confirmed by Atlus, who says that a remake of the 2012 game will be coming to the PS4 and PS Vita by the name of Catherine: Full Body, with no word on Xbox One (at least not yet).

We don't know a whole lot about the remake yet, but according to PersonaCentral the game will be developed by Atlus' new internal development team, Studio Zero, and will be directed by Katsura Hashino.

We'll be getting more information about the game on December 21 when Famitsu releases their January 4 issue of the weekly magazine, and on December 22, when there will be a livestream about the game over at Niconico.
