Rumour: Xcom 2 expansion to be announced at E3 2018

Xcom 2 launched more than two years ago (if you haven't played it yet, it's among the free games on PS Plus this month) and since then 2K Games and Firaxis have released a couple of expansions, including the most recent one, War of the Chosen. Since then, however, there has been no mention of a possible new update for the strategy game, even though last March on SteamDB something mysteriously called Xcom 2 TLE appeared.

That may be about to change, however, as the game has also appeared in 2K's own database and it seems as though it has already passed to quality control. According to some rumours leaked on Resetera, it could be The Last Expansion (TLE) and there is a good chance that the content drop will be announced at E3 in Los Angeles, probably during the PC Gaming Show scheduled for June 12th (just as it happened last year for War of the Chosen).
