Aaron Greenberg joined us in LA after Microsoft's press briefing to discuss a variety of Xbox-related subjects. One of the things up for discussion was the absence of Scalebound, the Platinum-developed title that was cancelled earlier this year:
"It's a creative process," Greenberg told Gamereactor. "I have a huge amount of respect for Kamiya-san, the type of games that he's created, the team there, but I think it is a creative process and sometimes despite trying to put all the right ingredients together [...] sparks don't fly, and [...] things don't always turn out the way you would hope."
"Just like the movie industry, where sometimes you get a great writer, a great director, or a great idea, and that movie doesn't happen. And so it's a rare exception."
