Shanghai Dragons unveil Overwatch League roster

All of which are Chinese citizens.

Back in September we reported on the first officially named Overwatch team, the Shanghai Dragons, and now the team has revealed its roster for the upcoming competition.

NetEase's roster comprises of the following players, all with a number of achievements to their name:

Chao 'Undead' Fang
Weida 'Diya' Lu
Dongjian 'MG' Wu
Wenhao 'Roshan' Jing
Junjie 'Xushu' Liu
Zhaoyu 'Fiveking' Chen
Yage 'Altering' Cheng
Peixuan 'Freefeel' Xu

"The Shanghai Dragons are proud to take part in the Overwatch League with an elite roster of Chinese players," the press release reads. "They are all Chinese citizens and will be proudly wearing the logo that was, like the roster, designed to emphasize the spirit and community of China. The whole team is well prepared to showcase the profession of competitive gaming on the global stage, and the mission also aims to promote Chinese esports talents at the same time."
