The Call of Duty League has awarded Anthony "Shotzzy" Cuevas-Castro with its prestigious MVP Award for his performance within the regular season.

Shotzzy represented his team Dallas Empire in the still-unfolding competition and managed to achieve an impressive K/D rate of 1.07. With the competition being in its first year, the 19-year-old has earned himself a spot in history as the first recipient of the award.

Shotzzy's team, who previously won the London Home Series and the Chicago Home Series is set to play in the upcoming CDL Championship this week.

Thanks, ESTNN.
