ROX Tigers have finally announced their League of Legends roster for 2017, and former CJ Entus player Park "Shy" Sang-myun is among the names included, being the top laner for the team, with Heo "Lindarang" Man-heung, formerly of Afreeca Freecs, in the same position.

The jungler for the team is Yoon "SeongHwan" Seong-hwan, with the mid lane position being filled by Son "Mickey" Young-min. Kwon "Sangyoon" Sang-yoon fills the AD Carry position, with Kim "Key" Han-hi rounding off the roster of support.

Along with the reveal, ROX Tigers apologised for the delay. "We know that the decision as well as the announcement of the six person roster is late and we apologise to our fans who have been patiently waiting," the Facebook post said. "However, because of the overwhelming reputation of the 2016 ROX Tigers, we seriously considered and struggled over the 2017 roster during the offseason."

"We are announcing the 2017 official roster that was created as a result. In 2017 as well, we the ROX Tigers promise to do our best to reward the fans' love with exciting and enjoyable games. We ask for your continued interest and support."

The name ROX Tigers carries a lot of weight in the esports world, but can this roster live up to the legacy the team has created?
