The last chapter in the StarCraft II trilogy has finally arrived, with the StarCraft story coming to an end in Legacy of the Void.

It's a standalone expansion that brings with it new missions and planets, and players will once again be waging war Blizzard's enduring RTS series, this time as the Protoss. There is also an epilogue that will serve as a conclusion to the story.

On the multiplayer side of things there are co-op missions, new units, and a new multiplayer option called Archon Mode. Blizzard has also once again rebalanced their competitive online game so expect a shakeup for those playing the game at the highest level.

Don't worry about having nothing left to do after completing Legacy of the Void. At BlizzCon 2015, Blizzard revealed that they would release additional mission packs to keep players engrossed in StarCraft II. During the event the first pack was announced, and it's called "Nova Covert Ops."
