The Steam version of Remedy's latest stylish action title Quantum Break was supposed to launch on September 14th. The same date was attached to the physical collector's edition called Quantum Break: Timeless Collector's Edition.
Now we've had it confirmed that both the Steam version and the Collector's Edition has been delayed, to make some more time for extra polishing and mastering.
Luckily the delay is quite humane as the new release date set is for September 29.
"It's an incredibly ambitious product, and we're surprised that the overall quality is as high as it is."
Remedy's time-traveling game sure came back quick.
But fortunately enough, it seems like it will return in a not too distant future.
The Xbox console exclusive will be moving on from the subscription service.
Shawn Ashmore is up for returning, too.
It's an 100 GB enhancement patch.
The developer is working on new projects for the upcoming year.
