Steep Season 9 crosses over with Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Ever imagined Kassandra or Alexios on a snowboard? This isn't quite that dream, but it's pretty close.

Ubisoft has just launched Season 9 of their winter sports game Steep, running until September 3, and if the name Odyssey of the Eagle Bearer rings any bells, that's understandable, because this season is dedicated to another Ubisoft brand for the very first time, including content linked to Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Steep Live Activities are featured, letting players unlock exclusive customisation rewards every month, from exploration to PvP and live competition. A Misthios outfit can even be unlocked, along with a special ski and snowboard set, and you can see this crossover in the new trailer below.

In Season 9 we can also expect the Alps Odyssey PvP event, comprised of three challenges and running on August 2 (this Friday) for one day only. There's also the next Steep World Tour competition from August 9 to 25, where you'll be aiming to get the highest amounts of point in ski and snowboard challenges, unlocking various elements of the Misthios outfit and the Misthios ski set for the top three winners.
