Super Mario Party coming to Switch in October

Super Mario Party was among the game's announced during Nintendo's E3 livestream, and fans of the party game series will no doubt be interested to hear that there are several Switch-specific editions that should spice things up as the series makes its way onto Nintendo's new console.

Fans are being promised 80 mini-games to amuse themselves, a tabletop mode that links two Switch consoles together (called Toad's Rec Room mode), and a newly enhanced version of Mario Party.

Super Mario Party is going to support between one and four players, and it's heading to Nintendo Switch on October 5. You can check out a batch of screens and the announcement trailer below.
