Paradox Interactive and Haemimont Games have announced that both Green Planet and Project Laika are available for Surviving Mars on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, along with the free Armstrong update adding landscaping tools, new special projects, extra buildings revamped research UI, and more.
Green Planet is the second major expansion for the game, allowing players to make the Red Planet a little greener. This includes vegetation to help make it more sustainable for human life, as well as terraforming and buildings to help you do this. There are seven special projects as well, not to mentioning climate calamities that come as a result of terraforming the planet.
Project Laika, on the other hand, brings pets and livestock into the world, as you're able to breed up to eight different farm animals in dome ranches or outside. 25 different pets are also available, for dogs all the way to penguins, who can even explore their environment.
The Season Pass includes both of these packs, but the Armstrong update is available for all players. If you're interested in buying it separately though, Green Planet costs £15.49 ($19.99 USD, €19.99), and Project Laika costs £4.79 ($5.99, €5.99).
