The full online infrastructure for Nintendo Switch has been a long time coming, and thankfully, the service is set to launch next month. Exactly when though has been difficult to assert, as Nintendo has simply stated "September" on multiple occasions. Now we're getting a little closer to a firm release date.
Nintendo has announced through an official message on Twitter, that the service will launch in the second half of September.
If you didn't know, the service will offer a framework for online play in compatible games, access to classic NES games, save data cloud back-up and much more.
