The Boba Fett movie is dead

Has been laid to rest next to Star Wars 1313.

Rumours that the planned Obi Wan and Boba Fett movies had been put on hold, started circulating back in June. Sources close to Collider told them they were certain this was the case. Disney and LucasFilm opted not to comment on the rumours at the time, but have now realised it's time to rip off that particular BandAid.

When Deadline spoke to LucasFilm head honcho Kathleen Kennedy she gave us worse news than expected. The movies are not only frozen in carbonite, they are effectively dead.

"Kathleen Kennedy just confirmed to me Boba Fett movie is 100% dead, 100% focusing on THE MANDALORIAN #StarWars"

The resources from these projects will be poured into Jon Favreau's TV-show The Mandalorian, which means we will get something akin to Boba Fett, though his movie has been tossed into a Sarlacc Pit. Right next to Star Wars 1313...

Well thats good news for me as I now no longer have any further interest in Sar wars, this is what Disney do best, its what happens to any 'remotely' interesting concept passes Disneys way, they buy into something they dont get fifty five times the world economy back in revenue ( they only get half that) and its not enough so they cancel it. Someone should burn down the whole house of the mouse there has just never ever seemed to be fan support from Disney its sheer corporate greed, I mean I honestly think if Disney had the sense to do a Bobba Fett movie instead of say 'Solo' we would be looking at an entirely different outlook here.
Solo as a star wars fan didnt really hold much interest did it??? We know his story so why would I go see it at the cinema??? Not so many people responded well to 'Solo' as Disney were busted for putting a massive'cash grab'in the cinema and star wars fans didnt like it, geese it still made a truck loada cash that any other movie would kill for receipts that Solo got but Disney expected more so scrap it!!!! Theyve done it to so many awesome games and movies (Split Second 2 and the Infinity games/ Tron 3)heres hopig that Disney make another Pirates of the Carribean eh???
